HR-View 1.0HR-View is a single-user application that maintains the information needed by Human Resources in a fast, flexible, yet cost effective manner. User defined tags can be assigned to employees to quickly identify groups of employees within your organization. Basic review information and unlimited notes make it easy to maintain needed information. Files can also be attached to employee records. Employment History HR-View uses a multi-entry list of different employment dates. This is particularly useful for companies with employees that work seasonally. HR-View also uses a multi-entry list of different employment statuses. This is used to keep track of the employee’s history of status, department, position, or salary. Reviews Keep track of the basic elements of reviews such as the reviewer, achieved goals, future goals, and general notes. Tags Tags allow great flexibility in assigning attributes to employees. Tags are user-defined. You can define as many tags as you want, and you can assign as many tags to an employee as you want. Search for tag assignments. By themselves or combined with other fields, you can quickly find a group of employees. Notes Any number of general notes can be added to employee records. Attachments Files can be attached to employee records.Attachments are encrypted and compressed before being saved. |
